You may request a one on one session in place of a group event.

This is a VERY flexible itinerary with room for Spirit to move us to wherever YOUR highest good

takes us. That is what we connect to while you are here – YOUR highest good. We pack the days full, knowing that we may not get to everything. Please let me if you need time to rest. I want to make sure you get enough rest, some spots are so peaceful and VERY restful, so I do have rest time built into certain places. The nights will depend on what happens during the day.

Be open & honest with everything and it will make the experience that much more powerful for

you. Our intention is to remind you of the God/Goddess that you are and teach you tools & skills to keep reminding you. Our goal is to reconnect you with your higher self – the best version of you. This will help you to see yourself in a different perspective, which will make you want to practice more self-love and self-care. These skills will also help you find joy in all that you do. You will return home  completely different person  – WHO do you want to be?

The time spent here also be about  learning how to practice more self love & self care. We will be providing a container you of Divine Love.  We will be using oracle cards daily and the sacred land of Sedona to help get you to the highest version of yourself. We may call in other practitioners to offer you some different modalities, if needed.

 

Foods will be healthy & hearty – please let us know if you are craving something specific while

you are here or if you have any sensitivities or allergies. I suggest you bring a journal & refillable water bottle. Please pack hiking shoes (sneakers are fine), hat if you like for sun & cold, yoga attire, comfy clothes, bathing suit & water shoes.

 

IF you want to do some deep healing, I suggest you prepare your mind, body & soul for the

work you are about to do, by cleansing it as much as possible a few days before your arrival. We suggest no alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, caffeine, dairy, meat, chicken or fish and even limit social media. Limit these as much as possible if you can not eliminate them. We KNOW it is difficult, but it does make a difference. If you are here to experience Sedona and all its sacredness and are NOT focused on healing - you can do whatever you want!  We are here to support you in every way!
